On behalf of the Governing Body, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Erin Wheeler as
the next Headteacher of Christ the King Catholic High School with effect from September 2019. The
whole community wishes her every success.
After being offered the post, Mrs. Wheeler said ‘I am delighted and proud to be the new
Headteacher of Christ the King Catholic High School and am thrilled to be given the opportunity to
play a key role in shaping the education and raising the aspirations of our young people. I was
certain from my impression during my interview that Christ the King was the perfect choice for me
as Headteacher and from the outset, I have been tremendously impressed by the whole school,
especially the pupils. ‘
